At Atelyo, each piece of 3D artwork is handcrafted with care in our Canadian studio. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

      • The item must be in the same condition as received (unused and undamaged).

      • The item must be in its original packaging.

      • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

    Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

    3. How to Request a Return

    To initiate a return, please contact our support team:

      If your return is approved, we will provide specific instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

      4. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

          • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), Atelyo covers all return shipping costs.

        5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

        Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at cs@atelyo.art within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the item and the packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

        6. Non-Returnable Items

        Due to the handcrafted nature of our work, the following items are not eligible for return:

        • Fully Customized Products: One-off bespoke designs or pieces with custom text/name requests.
        • Customer Misuse: Items damaged due to customer handling.

        7. Refund Processing

        Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

        • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
        • Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
        • Currency: Refunds are issued in the same currency used at checkout.

        8. Order Cancellations

        Orders may be cancelled within one (1) hour of placement. Once an order is in production or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

        9. Shipping Delays

        While we strive for timely delivery, we cannot issue refunds solely due to carrier delays once an order has been handed over to the shipping provider.
