At Atelyo, we ship our handcrafted artworks worldwide. We are committed to delivering your order safely and providing full transparency throughout the shipping process. All delivery times provided below are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and external carrier conditions.

1. Order Processing & Handling

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST)
  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Saturday).
  • Note: As each piece is carefully inspected and hand-packed in our Canadian studio, personalized or custom products may require additional production time as noted on the product page.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

2. Estimated Transit Times

Transit times begin after the handling period. These are our standard estimates for major regions:

  • Canada: 2–10 business days
  • United States: 3–10 business days
  • Europe (FR, UK, EU): 3–11 business days
  • United Arab Emirates: 3–10 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 4–16 business days
  • Rest of World: 4–16 business days

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Final shipping charges depend on the destination and total weight of the order.
  • Standard shipping starts at $18.99 CAD, depending on the destination and the scale of the artwork.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Atelyo has no control over these fees or the time taken for customs clearance.

5. Tracking Your Order

Every Atelyo order includes shipment tracking. You will receive your tracking details via email once your package is on its way. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information on their website.

6. Delivery Delays & Issues

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, peak holiday periods, or carrier logistics. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

7. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. If a shipment is returned to our studio due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or refusal of delivery, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.
